MeypaLie provides free standard delivery service for most deliverable regions.
Shipping Methods and Lead Times
Standard Shipping: We primarily use ground transportation for delivery and cooperate with leading logistics providers in each sales region to ensure shipping efficiency and reliability.
Delivery Lead Time: After order processing is completed, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times for international and other regions will vary depending on the destination. Please check the estimated time before checkout.
Special Shipping Requests: If you require non-standard shipping methods such as air freight or express delivery, please be sure to contact our customer service team for confirmation and arrangement before or immediately after placing your order. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing and Fulfillment

Order Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) to begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after order confirmation. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Total Delivery Timeframe: From the moment you place your order to final delivery, please allow 4–9 business days (processing + shipping, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipment Tracking
After your order is shipped, you can view the shipping details on this website. You may also use the tracking number to check the real-time status of your package on the official website of the corresponding carrier.
Delivery Address and Modifications
Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Once an order enters the processing or fulfillment stage, we will be unable to modify the delivery address. MeypaLie is not responsible for packages returned, lost, or delayed due to an incorrect address.
Failed Delivery and Returns
If a package cannot be successfully delivered and is returned due to reasons such as an incomplete, incorrect, unclaimed, or refused address provided by the customer, the related shipping costs and any costs for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer abandons the package, we will arrange a refund after deducting relevant costs based on the actual circumstances.
